Professional Bald-Faced Hornet Removal in Indianapolis

Bald-faced hornets can quickly become a serious concern when they build nests near your home, patio, deck, or outdoor living areas. These aggressive stinging insects are known for defending their nests, making professional treatment especially important.

Bee Control specializes in locating, treating, and removing bald-faced hornet nests throughout Indianapolis and surrounding communities. Our goal is to locate the nest, treat the affected area, and help you safely enjoy your outdoor spaces again.

Signs You May Have a Bald-Faced Hornet Nest

Bald-faced hornets typically build large, enclosed, gray paper nests in trees, bushes, and sometimes on buildings. Common warning signs include:

• A large, football-shaped paper nest hanging from a tree, shrub, or building.

• Black-and-white hornets frequently flying around your property.

• Increased hornet activity near rooflines, porches, or landscaping.

• Hornets repeatedly entering and exiting the same nest opening.

• Aggressive behavior when people approach a nesting area.

If you discover a bald-faced hornet nest, avoid disturbing it. Attempting to knock down or spray an active nest can trigger defensive behavior and increase the risk of multiple stings.
