TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

Bee Control Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of beecontrolnearme.com, operated by Bee Control, LLC (“Bee Control,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please review these Terms before using our website or requesting services. When you expressly accept these Terms through a website form, booking process, or other agreement, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Our Website and Services

Our website provides information about our pest control services, service plans, pricing, and ways to request assistance.

Service availability depends on your location, pest concerns, property conditions, scheduling, and our ability to perform the work safely.

General website information does not replace an inspection, individualized treatment recommendations, or the instructions provided with your service.

2. Service Agreements

Specific services are governed by the estimate, service agreement, plan details, and other terms disclosed to and accepted by you when purchasing.

If these website Terms conflict with your accepted service agreement, the service agreement controls regarding the scope of work, pricing, billing, cancellation, and guarantee for that service.

These website Terms do not independently authorize recurring payments, renewals, cancellation fees, or changes to an existing service agreement.

3. Requesting Service

When requesting service, you agree to provide accurate contact information, the service address, and relevant details about your pest concerns.

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to authorize services at the property or act for the person or organization requesting them.

Submitting an inquiry or requesting an appointment does not, by itself, confirm an appointment. We will communicate confirmation and any applicable service requirements.

4. Estimates and Pricing

Website prices describe the services and conditions stated with the offer. Your applicable price and scope of work will be disclosed before you authorize service.

If an estimate is preliminary, we will identify it as such. Property conditions, pest identification, accessibility, or additional work may require an updated estimate.

We will obtain your approval before performing additional work that increases the agreed price.

We may update prices for future purchases and correct website errors. Changes do not automatically alter prices in an existing accepted agreement.

Promotions are subject to their disclosed eligibility requirements and expiration dates.

5. Scheduling and Property Access

Appointments and arrival windows may be affected by weather, traffic, previous appointments, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions. We will communicate scheduling changes when reasonably possible.

You are responsible for arranging authorized access to the areas requiring service and informing us of relevant access restrictions or known hazards.

Please follow any preparation instructions, secure pets as directed, and keep people and animals away from treatment areas for the period specified in your service instructions.

If safe access is unavailable, we may postpone or limit the work. Any associated charges must be disclosed in your accepted service agreement.

6. Treatment Scope and Limitations

Treatment methods depend on the pest, location, property conditions, and applicable product instructions.

Pest activity may not stop immediately after treatment. Follow the guidance provided for your service and contact us if activity continues beyond the expected period.

Nest removal is included where accessible within the agreed scope of service. Some nests or colonies may require additional access arrangements.

For honeybees, we seek to relocate live swarms when possible. Colonies inside walls or other structural voids may require treatment rather than relocation. Unless expressly included in your agreement, structural openings, repairs, and honeycomb removal are the responsibility of the property owner or a contractor selected by the owner.

Mosquito services are intended to reduce mosquito activity. They do not guarantee elimination of all mosquitoes or prevention of mosquito-borne illness.

7. Service Plans, Payments, and Renewals

Your accepted estimate or service agreement will identify applicable charges, payment dates, service frequency, and plan duration.

For plans billed monthly, review whether payments are monthly service charges or installments toward a seasonal commitment. The agreed payment schedule determines your obligations.

Recurring charges require your authorization. Any automatic renewal, minimum commitment, cancellation procedure, or remaining balance obligation must be disclosed in the agreement you accept.

Contact us with billing questions before your payment due date.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

To request cancellation or rescheduling, contact us as soon as possible using your appointment contact information or email info@beecontrolnearme.com.

Cancellation, refund, and early termination terms are those disclosed in your accepted service agreement, subject to applicable law.

Canceling text messages does not cancel an appointment, service plan, or payment authorization. Canceling a payment authorization does not, by itself, resolve amounts otherwise owed under an agreement.

9. Bee Free Guarantee

Eligible seasonal prevention plans include our Bee Free Guarantee through December 31 of the applicable service year.

Individual treatments include a 30-day guarantee over the treated areas.

Your service agreement identifies the pests, areas, and services covered and explains the follow-up service available under your guarantee. Contact us promptly if covered pest activity returns during the guarantee period.

These website Terms do not reduce coverage or rights promised in your accepted service agreement. The stinging-insect guarantee does not automatically extend to mosquito services.

10. Text Messaging Terms

Program name: Bee Control Customer Communications

With the appropriate consent, Bee Control may send text messages about inquiries, estimates, appointments, arrival updates, services, invoices, and customer support.

Promotional messages, including seasonal offers and discounts, are sent only with the required marketing consent. Agreeing to these Terms or purchasing service does not automatically enroll you in promotional texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop text messages, reply STOP. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. Further texts will stop unless you provide the required new consent.

For help, reply HELP or email info@beecontrolnearme.com.

Consent to promotional text messages is not a condition of purchase. If you opt out of texts, contact us to arrange another way to receive necessary service communications.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including mobile numbers and messaging consent.

11. Automated and AI-Assisted Communications

We may use automated or AI-assisted tools to answer questions, collect service details, and help with scheduling and customer support.

Any estimate or appointment communicated through these tools remains subject to the conditions disclosed when it is provided. A confirmed appointment or accepted quote is governed by its stated terms.

If a response appears inaccurate or unclear, request assistance from our team. You may ask for human assistance during your interaction or email info@beecontrolnearme.com.

These Terms do not independently provide consent to recorded calls or promotional communications. Recording notices and any required consent are handled separately.

12. Acceptable Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes, including learning about services, requesting assistance, and managing your customer relationship with us.

You may not:

  • Attempt to access accounts, systems, or information without authorization.

  • Interfere with website operation or security.

  • Submit malicious code, fraudulent requests, or intentionally misleading information.

  • Impersonate another person or submit information you are not authorized to provide.

  • Use website content in a way that infringes another party’s rights.

We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats, or legal requirements.

13. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Website content, including our branding, original text, graphics, and designs, belongs to Bee Control or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view, print, or save content for personal reference or to evaluate our services. Other uses require permission unless otherwise permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our trademarks or other intellectual property.

14. Information and Materials You Submit

You retain ownership of photos, descriptions, and other materials you submit.

You authorize us and the providers assisting us to use those materials as reasonably necessary to evaluate your inquiry, provide services, communicate with you, and maintain service records, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

You must have permission to submit the materials. Submitting them does not automatically authorize us to use your name, identifiable property photos, or private communications in advertising. We obtain separate permission where appropriate.

15. Privacy and Third-Party Services

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Our website may link to customer portals, payment services, social media platforms, or other third-party websites. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy policies.

16. Website Availability and Disclaimers

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and the website available. However, website content may contain errors, and access may be interrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its general informational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

This website disclaimer does not cancel our express service guarantees, obligations under an accepted service agreement, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Responsibility and Legal Rights

Each party remains responsible for its conduct as provided by applicable law and any valid service agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or waives nonwaivable consumer rights.

18. Questions and Disputes

If you have a concern about the website, billing, or services, please contact info@beecontrolnearme.com so we can work toward a resolution.

These Terms are governed by Indiana law, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

These website Terms do not require binding arbitration or waive your right to bring an eligible claim in small claims court. Any separate dispute-resolution agreement must be expressly agreed to.

Contacting us informally does not extend any applicable legal deadline unless agreed in writing or required by law.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our website, services, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date identifies the most recent revision.

Updates apply prospectively. We will provide notice and obtain acceptance where required. Posting revised website Terms does not, by itself, change an existing accepted service agreement.

20. General Provisions

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.
